Dongguan HongSui Industry Investment Co.,LTD founded in 2000, is a company engaged in the production and trade of coating and printing related products and water-based coating raw materials. HongSui headquartered in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, branches in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Fujian, Sichuan, Jiangsu, Zhongshan, Cambodia and Bangladesh.
Sichuan Euro-China new materials Co., Ltd is a joint venture between China and Spain. The project PCDL Polycarbonate Diol was implemented in 2016 and was put into production in early 2018. It owns Spanish technical team, the most advanced infrared production monitoring equipment; raw material (which are authorized by REACH) cost advantage, production cost advantage; and its project's designed output of PCDL is 15,000 tons per year. HongSui products and industry application: 1. Polycarbonate Diol (PCDL is used as base material of synthetic material). Solventless resin also known as Solvent-free, mainly for making leatheroid. 2. Aqueous Polyurethane Dispersion and Aqueous Polycarbonate Dispersion (applying for special resin of leather surface treatment, textile paste, extremely soft textile flocking and coating ink). 3. Solvent-type Polycarbonate Resin (not including benzene for using on the leather surface resin). 4. Crosslinking Agent (aziridine cross linker, Isocyanate crosslinking agent, closed isocyanate crosslinking agent, color fixing agent). 5. Coating Ink and mucilage (mainly for textile digital & general printing). Products classification Paste classification: digital printing paste, machine printable paste, manual printable paste, swimwear paste, glossy paste, transfers paste/flocking paste, water printing, crackle paste, Hi density paste, slurry, discharge printing, coating/covering paste, denim paste, nylon paste, foil paste, glitter paste, aluminum silver paste, anti-sublimate paste. Additive series: Polyfunctinal Aziridine Crosslinker, Polyisocyanate Crosslinker, Aziridine Fixing Agent, Acylic Acid Crosslinker, Polyisocyanate Hardener, Environmentally Friendly Softener. Aziridine is a hypertoxic chemical; only 3 companies in the world are qualified to manufacture aziridine. HONGSUI is the only aziridine manufacturer in China. Moreover, due to modification of the structure for reaction kettle, currently HONGSUI owns the most advanced technology in the world in manufacturing aziridine.
